Refunds on digital goods are limited by their nature.
When a refund is possible
If an order was not fulfilled (goods not credited) and cannot be fulfilled, we refund the money or credit it to your yupay wallet.
When a refund is not possible
After a successful credit, or if the UID or account were entered incorrectly through your own fault.
Timing
We decide on a request within 24 hours. A refund to the original payment method follows the payment provider's timelines.
