When we refund, how long it takes, and what you need to do.
When a refund is possible
When an order has not been and cannot be fulfilled — for example, the item is unavailable from the supplier. The amount is refunded in full.
When it is not
Once the goods have been credited: a digital good has been delivered and cannot be taken back. Also where the game ID or account details were entered incorrectly by you — the goods have already been delivered to the details you gave.
Timing
We decide on a request within one business day. The refund is made within 5 (five) business days of being agreed, by the same method the payment was made. We bear the costs. Your bank may need additional time to post it to the card.
How to request one
Write to [email protected] or Telegram @yupay_support with your order number. Email fixes the date the clock starts from.
