We collect the minimum data needed to fulfil your order and never sell it to third parties.
What we collect
Email (for the receipt and order status), the game ID or account identifier, and payment data. Card details are handled by the payment provider — we do not store them. When you place an order we also record technical details of the request: IP address, browser information, timezone, language and screen size.
How we use it
Only to fulfil the order, provide support and send the receipt. We do not share data for advertising.
Why we keep technical data
The IP address and browser details are stored alongside the order so we can confirm it was genuine if the cardholder disputes the payment. Our payment providers require this: without such records a dispute is decided against us automatically. The data is visible to administrators only, is never used for advertising, and is deleted automatically 600 days after the order.
Sharing
Data is shared with suppliers and payment services only to the extent needed to fulfil the order.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data by contacting support.
